entity expiration reason

A legal entity expiration reason is a reason that a legal entity ceased to exist and/or operate.


Entity expiration reason shall be assigned to a legal entity if the legal entity expired and omitted otherwise. If a legal entity expired, then the entity expiration reason shall be assigned to the legal entity together with its expiration date (see :hasEntityExpirationDate data property).
